Figurine Basset Hound Papo

With its long, drooping ears and endearing gaze, the Basset Hound is one of the most recognizable dogs. Calm, affectionate, and endowed with an exceptional sense of smell, it has long been used as a hunting dog to follow the most discreet trails.

Fun fact: despite its short legs, it is capable of covering long distances without getting tired, thanks to its remarkable endurance. Its scenting ability is among the best in the canine kingdom, just after that of the Bloodhound.

This Papo figurine faithfully reproduces the Basset Hound: long ears, elongated body, and gentle expression. An ideal companion to complete a dog collection and invent stories full of tenderness and adventure.
