Otter Figurine

Lively and playful, the otter is a semi-aquatic mammal found in rivers, lakes, and coastal areas. With its elongated body, waterproof fur, and long tail, it is perfectly adapted for swimming.

An excellent diver, it feeds mainly on fish, crustaceans, and small amphibians. Surprisingly, otters sometimes use stones as tools to break open shellfish or crack the shells of their prey, a rare behavior among animals. Highly social, they also enjoy playing, sliding along riverbanks or frolicking with their peers.

This Papo figurine realistically depicts the otter: a fine snout, textured fur, and a dynamic posture. An ideal model to enrich a collection of wild animals, invent riverside stories, or teach children about the importance of preserving aquatic environments.
