The paint on the doormats remains intact over time. However, discoloration may occur for various reasons, such as continuous use or exposure to sun or rain. If you wish to keep it in perfect condition, it is therefore recommended to avoid exposing it to these elements.

The coconut fibers are attached to the base using glue. For this reason, not all fibers are uniformly attached, and at the beginning of its use, it is perfectly normal for some fibers to come loose.

For cleaning, dry clean. Use a brush; do not use water or put it in the washing machine.

Each doormat is made from the husk of approximately 25 coconuts. First, the husks are "seasoned" in the coastal lagoons where they are harvested, then they are beaten by hand to extract the fiber. The doormats are then hand-painted and colored one by one using different stencils. Subsequently, a traditional open-air sun-drying technique is used to fix the paint to the surface of the doormat. Finally, a non-slip base is added to keep the doormat securely in place and reduce the risk of slips.
