Precautions for use

• Thoroughly clean your intimate plug, before and after each use, with clear soapy water.
• Muscle relaxation is an exercise in itself! The relaxation time is 3 to 5 times longer than the contraction time. Between each exercise, remember to allow this time before moving on to the next. The total session should not exceed 25 minutes.
