Billy Butcher bursts into Youtooz with what can only be described as a flagrant disregard for human safety! Standing at 4.6 inches tall, he grips the unassuming weapon of mass destruction, the white-clothed laser baby, in two outstretched hands threatening a smoking demise to anyone who crosses him. His messy black hair is sculpted back while a strained grimace crosses his rugged bearded face as he assesses the situation. Always casual but ready for a punch, he wears a long, flowing black trench coat over a grey and white palm-patterned Hawaiian shirt with black pants tucked into combat boots. The exterior of his packaging sees Billy making full use of the laser baby as he battles his way through a hospital nursery. While the interior surrounds him with a white brick wall scribbled with graffiti, this then continues onto the protective sleeve with the wall splattered in blood and printed with 'The Boys' logo at the back.
