Anakin Skywalker was a Jedi Knight from the desert planet Tatooine who served the Galactic Republic in its final years. He was the Jedi Master of the young Togruta Ahsoka Tano during the Clone Wars. Later succumbing to the Dark Side, he became the Sith Lord Darth Vader. An unwavering right-hand man to Darth Sidious during the Imperial era, he took part in the Jedi Purge, the fight against the rebellion, and the Galactic Civil War before returning to the Light Side thanks to his son, Luke Skywalker.
